We’re changing how America thinks about Physical Therapy one person at a time. Using 3 R’s inspired by Cognitive Behavior Therapy – Reframe, Reimagine and Redirect – were helping Americans embrace the possibilities and benefits of Physical Therapy.
Starrrt will help you Reframe your approach to physical therapy, guiding you to view it as an opportunity for growth and progress rather than a hurdle. We’ll Reimagine what’s possible for your rehabilitation, tailoring our support to your unique needs and goals. With our guidance, you’ll Redirect your focus towards a smooth and enjoyable journey, empowering you to embrace each step with confidence and enthusiasm.

To gain 100 percent of her mobility and strength so she can get back to her old self, she should continue with exercises at least 2 times per week at home. Typical recovery time for her post-op care is 6 to 12 months and she’s often left in the dark after 3 months. Starrrrt is there to turn on the lights and guide her the rest of the way.
Pat has been coming to physical therapy for a few months, and is now starting to spread out her visits to once every few weeks in order to prevent lapse in care as she approaches her insurance limits. To help her improve mobility and strength, she can benefit from additional physical therapy at home throughout her clinic treatments, and even beyond discharge. Starrrt and her Physical Therapist are there for her long-term so there is no lapse in care.
At Starrrt we have a range of Live Classes suitable for the geriatric community. Interact, learn and strengthen with our Live Classes today.
Amy has been to physical therapy for multiple rounds, and has benefitted from manual therapy and exercises in the clinic. However, the weekly visits simply aren’t enough for her to feel pain-free. On the days she is not at physical therapy, she has a hard time staying motivated to continue her exercises.
She would benefit from a way to perform her manual therapy at home, and a way to stay motivated to perform her exercises.
